Рейтингова оцінка спеціалізованої медичної допомоги хворим нефрологічного профілю в областях України: 2018 рік

Abstract
Мета роботи: рейтингова оцінка спеціалізованої медичної допомоги хворим нефрологічного профілю в областях України за 2018 рік, з використанням методу комплексних статистичних коефіцієнтів. Методи. Основою визначення рейтингової оцінки були показники розповсюдженості хронічної хвороби нирок, захворюваності на гостре пошкодження нирок, кадрового та технічного забезпечення спеціалізованої медичної допомоги хворим нефрологічного профілю та її відповідності індикаторам якості. Джерелом інформації був Національний реєстр хворих на хронічну хворобу нирок та пацієнтів з гострим пошкодженням нирок за 2018 рік. Результати. Визначено місце кожної області у національному рейтингу спеціалізованої медичної допомоги хворим нефрологічного профілю. Висновки. Драматичні відмінності між областями за складовими спеціалізованої медичної допомоги хворим нефрологічного профілю перш за все обумовлені, на наш погляд, розумінням керівництва областей її медико-соціального значення і, відтак, рівнем фінансування.
