Relação interpessoal: uma das competências necessárias no trabalho do professor

Abstract
This article is about the interpessonal relationships in the University, regarding students ingressantes in the night higher education. The report of the students ingressantes demonstrates to be fundamental the teacher’s perception and of the University that the interpessonal relationships developed among teacherstudent, student-student and student-institution is part of the teaching-learning process. The experiences of the selected higher education institutions evidence the need of implementação of tutoria services that you/they propitiate the development of interpessonal relationships so that the students are integrated in the University. They shimmer an integraler, more human formation, proposing the accompaniment of the anxieties, fears and difficulties that emerge during the ritual of passage of the medium teaching for the higher education.
