RELATED TO "IN CIVIL SOCIETY WOMEN AND WOMEN MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS" OF ADMINISTRATOR WOMEN IN NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
It is important to define the problems and solutions proposal that female managers in sivil society experience while they are working. The study has been made with interwiev method of qualitative research methods and six structured open-ended questions orienting to 5 female senior manager of mixed civil society. It has been demonstrated that female manager encounter obstacles like social gender, glass ceiling, traditional patterns in civil society and these obstacles affect ability to manage. It is made inferences that these problems can be solved with sufficiently education, financial support and participation.
