Relation between organizational intelligence and performance of managers in petrochemical company of Shiraz city

Abstract
Objective of this paper is to study relation between organizational intelligence and performance of managers in petrochemical company of Shiraz city. Method of research is descriptive method. Statistical society of this investigation includes all employers of petrochemical company who were 1000 people. 260 people were chosen randomly. Investigation tool includes questionnaire of organizational intelligence made by Alberkht and translated by Ghahfarkhi. Stability coefficient of this questionnaire has been measured by chronbach’s alpha as 92%. . Questionnaire of performance of managers was made by researchers that its stability coefficient was measured by chronbach’s alpha as 0.88%. Descriptive statistics including standard deviation, diagram, table averages and analytic statistics including multi-variable regression, variance analysis, and independent T test by using SPSS software are used in order to analyze data. Results of this investigation show: 1-there is a positive and significant relation among organizational intelligence factors (strategic landscape, common destiny, changing tendency, alliance mentality, and knowledge application and performance pressure). 2- Women and men employers have different point of views about performance of managers. So there is difference between men’s idea and women’s point of view about performance of managers. Totally, it is concluded there is significant relation between organizational intelligence factors and performance of managers.
