Journal Title: The 2nd Annual Meeting of International Center for Neuroscience Research - Year 2021, Vol 2, Issue 1
Abstract
Background and purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and behavioral model and the relationship between these two components with the entrepreneurial components. The method of this study is based on the Grounded Theory qualitative research method, which was selected through interviews with twelve experts, including academic professors and members who work in the profession, including various professional cases, using the snowball sampling method. The Data classification, the interviews, were analyzed on the basis of open and axial coding, and the objective was achieved. The statistical population of this research is engineering technical, the humanities and Faculty of Basic Sciences of Mashhad Azad University in Iran. Methods: The present study focused on the sample size was determined using the Cochran formula of 245 people and the intervewees were selected using the stratified sampling method. The data were collected throught two standard questionnaires of Psychological Capital Questionnaire (2007) by Luthans and behavioral DISC model (1928) by Moulton Marston and questionnaire implemented by the resercher of individual entrepreneurial dimensions that analyzed by SPSS 23 and Lisrel software. Results: Bsased on the results, in the engineering technical fields, most students have an extroverted behavioral model and are optimistic about the task of psychological capital also that the existing components of their entrepreneurship are self-esteem, tolerance of ambiguity and critical thinking; In the fundamental sciences, most students have an introverted behavioral model and the task of concentrating on the psychological capital of resilience, thus that the existing components of their entrepreneurship are self-esteem and self-confidence; Against the components of initiative, tolerance of ambiguity and general thinking that requires training and attention. In the humanities, most students have a model of extroverted behavior with the psychological capital of self-efficacy, so that their entrepreneurial components are self-esteem and desire for innovation, unlike components of initiative and critical thinking that need training. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the psychological capital and students' behavior. Findings can improve personal and academic cognition as effectively and efficiently by possible in the way of metacognition.
