Relationship between law and morality in a military activity in the context of modern interpretation of responsibility and punishment

Abstract
Article is devoted to the analysis of relationship between morality and law in a military sphere from positions of philosophical and legal understanding of modern interpretation of responsibility and punishment. Special attention are concentrated on modern philosophical and legal theories of responsibility and punishment which are methodological basis of features research of essence, content of the relationship between morality and law in military activity.
