Relationship between Operating Cash Flow, Operating Profit, Net Profit and Economic Value Added

Abstract

This study devoted to testing the relationship between operating cash flow, Operating profit, net profit with economic value added. To analyze the relationship between these variables the correlative study using cross-sectional method was selected. Statistical society is accepted companies of stock exchange in which 58 companies were selected based on random sampling and finally according to the applied limitations for selecting companies data were analyzed for a five years period from 2004 to 2009. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software using statistical methods of analyzing correlative coefficient and linear regression. Findings of this study show that there is a significant relationship between operating cash flow, Operating profit, net profit with economic value added.
