Abstract
The article covers the legal nature and content of the compliance and enforcement of the state at the present stage of development. Disclosed relationship between the concepts of "control" and "supervision". Also inves- tigated the correlation and interplay of concepts such as “state control” and “non-state control”. The author analyzes the role and social purpose of state control.
