Relationship of factors and indicators of reproduction resources agricultural sector

Abstract
One focus of the national and regional economy is environmental management and restoration of natural resources. Despite the popular trend of sustainable economic development, which involves activation of playing resources, remain poorly understood impacts on processes of reproduction and resource potential targets for monitoring the implementation of these processes. The aim - to determine the main factors changes the resource potential of the agricultural sector and the processes of their reproduction. The authors examine the performance features of restoration of natural, environmental, investment, innovation and human resources. Performance information component - a measure of information presentation territory (portal site, region, enterprises, institutions, natural resources, performance information support of each of the components (of the legal framework for development results) and direct indicators of reproduction in the form of maps, charts, tables, analysis reports, road maps and so on. The research is a table relationships factors and indices playback resource potential and conceptual framework of monitoring indicators playback resource potential of rural areas as the basis of the agricultural sector. a clear definition of the relationship impacts performance and will play on all levels of government regulation and business management to exercise effective control over the processes of reproduction and formation of the balance of sustainable development.
