RELATIONSHIP OF LEGAL CATEGORY "LIMITATIONS" WITH OTHER LEGAL CATEGORIES IN LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the doctrinal approaches of the legal category "restriction" in the law. The ambiguity of modern scientific approaches, confusion, and the essence of the concepts of limitations, limits, prohibitions, which are determined by the goals and objectives of a particular branch of law, are established. Special attention is paid to the legal nature of content similar to the legal categories, features are highlighted and the distinction between the other categories in the content of the legal categories is determined.
