Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the provisions of the Code of Criminal of 1903, which were applied on the Ukrainian lands and provided for liability for encroachments on the stock market. The system of provisions of this act includes the following types of these encroachments falsification of state and foreign securities, as well as interest-bearing securities; release into circulation, presentation for payment, transfer, acceptance, storage, transportation, import and sale of deliberately counterfeit or altered state or foreign securities.
