VOLUME LIMITS DISCIPLINARY AUTHORITY OF THE EMPLOYER

Abstract
It is investigated the disciplinary authority of the employer and its legislative restrictions in the research. It is substantiated the character of labor rights of an employee and employer, and also the need to create conditions for implementation of freedom, justice and industrial democracy in labor relations. There is a necessity for volume limitation of disciplinary authority of employer. It is noted that the rights and interests of the employee and the employer are different in its nature, they are natural by the employee, and by the employer they are acquired by law. Therefore, the disciplinary authority implemented by the employer in labor relations should be limited by law in the interests of the employee.
