VALUE-ORIENTED THE CONCEPT OF JUSTICE

Abstract
The article focuses on the role of legal consciousness in axiology of law. It is revealed that the axiology of law should not be technocratic and not to be reduced to targeted secure in a law of certain ideals and values, rather, should be played in the spirit of the law and its actual implementation, not just in the letter of the law. It was concluded that a value-oriented concept of legal consciousness should be a guarantee of elimination of negative phenomena in legal reality, and after all, recognition as a fundamental value of the human being, with correction for social values of the meso- or macro-level of a particular society should be a determinant of the progress of the whole legal system.
