THE PROBLEM OF RESPONSE TO THE INVESTIGATION RAPE AND RESOLUTIONS

Abstract
In the article reveals the essence and content of counteraction to the investigation of rape is revealed both as a side of a fugitive and as an injured person. The list of possible signs of a false accusation of rape is given, methods for their detection have been determined.
