Abstract
The article is devoted to the clarification of the essence of the defense-industrial complex in the economic-legal aspect. The questions, which form the basis of economic legal relations in the field of defense industry of Ukraine, in particular the concept "Defense-industrial complex" and those that are inextricably linked with the latter, have clarified its features, the structure as a whole and its peculiarities, the circle of participants in legal relations in this area. Proposed changes to the current legislation.
