BUSINESS CIRCUITS AS A SOURCELEGAL REGULATION OF CONTRACTING PARTIES INSURANCE RELATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the customs of business turnover as a non-legal source of legal regulation of contractual insurance relations, the establishment of their concept, characteristic features and correlation with other sources of legal regulation of the relevant relations. Taking into account the integration processes of Ukraine towards the European Union, there is a need to observe the customs of business turnover by participants of insurance relations, especially when such relations are complicated by a foreign element.
