CONCEPTS AND SIGNS OF VIOLATIONCONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT ON THE PROJECT WORKS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept and features of offenses in the field of relations for the carrying out design works. It is substantiated that breach of contractor’s agreements is a generic category, since it covers such concepts as non-performance and improper performance of such an obligation. The features of violation by the parties of obligations in the field of design works are: a) the rejection of the offender from the contractual terms of any of the elements of execution; b) non-fulfillment or improper performance of direct duties, which constitute the contest of contract on carrying out design works; c) wrongfulness. It is established that the object of violation of the obligation on carrying out design works is the duty (duties) of the contractors, which make up its contents.
