LEGAL THINKING CULTURE - COMPONENT OF THE LAWYER PROFESSION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of legal thinking, as a process of indirect and generalized reflection of legal phenomena in their essential properties, relationships and relations. Characterized by factors and standards, the application of which helps to obtain qualitative legal training. The features of the classification of legal thinking are singled out, which allows us to consider the essence of such a complex phenomenon as legal thinking.
