CRIMINOLOGICAL POLICY IN THE FIELD OF THE FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM

Abstract
The article examines the specifics of criminological policy in the field of combating terrorism, objective and subjective signs, dynamics and geography of terrorism. The main mechanisms of terrorist violence and the specifics of the response to it are outlined. We study international legal and scientific approaches that study state policy in the field of the prevention of terrorist acts, responsibility and punishment for terrorism.
