LEGAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SHARES INVESTMENT FUND

Abstract
The article gives an analysis of the most important contemporary issue for Ukraine as the improvement and development of existing mutual investment funds as certain specific non-profit entities, whose activities create conditions for ensuring the efficiency and stability of the national economy through the financing of various commercial projects. The legal status of a unit investment fund Is determined by the complex norms of the current legislation, as the specified organizational and legal form is inherent to many areas of law.
