COMPARATIVE-LEGAL ANALYSIS OF METHODS STATE FINANCIAL SUPPORT AGRICULTURE

Abstract
The analysis of legal acts of budget and tax legislation and statistical data from various official sources was carried out to determine the degree of legal regulation of the modern problem of providing budget support to agricultural producers after the abolition of the special VAT regime and its replacement by targeted budget subsidies.
