CORPORATION: THE CURRENT STATE OF LEGISLATION IN UKRAINE AND THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
The article is focused on the comparative analysis of the provisions of Ukrainian, German, French and England legislation in understanding the category «corporate entity» and the possibility of its implementation into national legislation of our state. Essential differences between legislation of Ukraine and European Union countries due to the history of their development and features of the national public order largely explain the lack of a single understanding of a «corporate entity» and its application in different terms, as well as a clear definition of organizational and legal forms of corporate entities.
