TYPES OF LEGAL FACTS-STATES

Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of jural facts-states classification. The author pays attention to system analysis of jural facts-states classification based on theoretical research and active legislation of Ukraine. Moreover the author represents differences between jural facts-states and set of facts with jural facts-states.
