Abstract
The article is devoted to the establishment of the content of the feature «special period» and its place as a criminal offense to the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations. A number of legislative and other normative legal acts concerning a special period, a martial law, mobilization measures for formulating the author's vision of solving these problematic issues in the science of criminal law are analyzed.
