Abstract
The article is devoted to the legal adjusting of retail business of medicinal facilities. On the basis of study of normatively-legal acts the specific of retail realization of medicinal facilities is defined in Ukraine. Requirements to the trade apartments, equipment, staff qualification, storage terms of medicinal facilities and consumer rights are studied.
