THE ESSENCE OF THE PROCEDURAL ORDER WARRANTY APPLICATION

Abstract
The article is focused on the clarification of the essence of procedure for the application of preventive measures, establishment of the content of such procedural decisions, such as election, change, extension, cancellation and termination of preventive measures. Based on the systematic analysis of the norms of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine and the study of judicial practice, the author has revealed the content of the process of applying preventive measures with the determination of its initial and final moment.
