PROBLEMS ISSUES MODERN PUNISHMENT SYSTEM: DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The article deals with issues concerning the system of punishment for the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as foreign experience is analyzed. The conducted research has established the imbalance of the penal system, its non-compliance with the principles of the construction and existence of the domestic legal system. According to the results of the author's research, it is proposed to review the system of punishment by introducing appropriate amendments to the law on criminal liability, including using the developments of the foreign system of law in the industry.
