SPEECH, INTERMEDIATE IN A CIVIL TURNOVER, YAK OB’ЄKTI OF CIVIL RIGHTS

Abstract
The article deals with conducting scientific-theoretical analysis of the essence and legal nature of things that can only belong to certain participant of civil turnover or which presence in the civil turnover is permitted by special allowance, researching on the peculiarities of their legal status and determining their place in the system of the civil law objects. The conducted research justifies that labelling the civil law object as a category of the limited defence capable objects is caused by not only the properties of the object that can become a potential danger for people around without proper control, as well as the need in defending and protecting public interests that can be violated with uncontrolled possession, usage or disposing process of such objects. The author comes to distinct conclusion that together with the objects that are classified as limited defence capable objects, there could be so-called quasi-limited defence capable objects in the civil turnover. Their receiving, using and discharging require special rules. The article emphasises researches on not only theoretical issues but also the issues of practical character. Thus, there is a need in reviewing aimed at bringing to the accordance with current legislation that states limitations concerning defence capability of one or another objects.
