Relaxare fiscală prin informare

Abstract
În cercetarea ştiinţifică, indiferent de domeniu, se caută în continuu, îmbunătăţirea, perfecţionarea a ceea ce există şi, în acelaşi timp, se urmăreşte descoperirea, găsirea de idei care să aducă un plus de cunoaştere a elementelor, stării reale din sistemul studiat. În condiţiile crizei economice globale internaţionale, este necesară o cercetare econodinamică din care să rezulte elemente de cunoaştere a relaţiilor de plăţi-încasări, ce se derulează între populaţie şi întreprinderi pe de o parte, şi sistemul fiscal, bancar şi de asigurări pe de altă parte, unde au ca obiectiv proritar organizarea obţinerii şi admininistrării fondurilor finanţelor publice, respectiv al băncilor şi al asigurărilor, ce permit o funcţionare normală a sistemului economic naţional.
