Reliability Evaluation of Electrical Networks
Journal Title: Analele Universitatii "Eftimie Murgu" Resita. Fascicula de Inginerie - Year 2014, Vol 21, Issue 3
Abstract
Reliability Evaluation of Electrical Networks The problems of the evaluation of reliability in electrical networks of the different class of voltage a have probabilistic nature, they discretely change and depend on the number of factors both definite and indefinite and have importance by selection of electric equipment, graph of development of electrical networks and voltage levels. The definition of the major factors, which have determining significance on their value and speed of their change allow to elaborate methods of their optimization and to elaborate effective methods of their growth limitation in electrical networks with the different class of voltage. The present work is devoted to problems of calculation and assessment of indicators of reliability of distribution systems and supply of electricity to consumers, both agricultural and industrial.

Application of Finite Element Method to Determine the Performances of a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Driving a Bicycle
In this paper, the authors present a case study in which was analyzed by finite element method a permanent magnet synchronous motor for driving a bicycle using the analysis and simulation software ANSYS Electromagnetics...
Influence of Cutting Regime Parameters on Edge Endurance of Lathe Tool
In mechanical industry, to increase productivity is very important to correctly establish the factors that influence the process dynamic. One of these factors is the features cutting regime. In practice, the technologica...
Theoretic Considerations on the Influence of Elec-trode Wire Additional Preheating upon MIG – MAG Welding
The paper theoretically analyses the influence on the MIG-MAG welding process of additional preheating at the free end of the electrode wire by one or several heat sources, produced by independent current sources, and th...
The Importance of Optimal Design in Outdoor Light Source Positioning
In this work we underline the importance of the optimal design for out-door light systems such that light posts and sources are placed correctly. We present a case study where we considered a city road section equipped w...
Static and Fatigue Analysis of the Hydraulic Cylinder and Tensile Device from an Uniaxial Testing System
The paper presents the static analysis and the fatigue behavior analysis of the components of a tensile test equipment (hydraulic cylinder and tensile device), designed for didactic applications. The stress and the displ...
