Journal Title: International Research Journal of Applied and Basic Sciences - Year 2015, Vol 9, Issue 8
Abstract
Religion is one of the social indictors for sociologists of the “Social Capital” theory and other classic and modern sociologists that lead the men toward unity, continuity, enactment of codes, respect, kindness, moral principles and even cultures and civilizations in the past, present and future of human societies. Religion and religious beliefs have deeply related to human communities and it is necessary for man to live. So, it is necessary that any society to have religion confirming the moral and social principles in order to strength the society. The sociologists suggest that weakness and lack of religion in any society causes to chaos, moral rebellion and strengthening of the rebellious thinking and they believe that lack of religion weakens the foundations of any society. Molana confirms the opinions of the sociologists on the role and importance of the religion in the survival of human societies and he suggests that in addition to social aspect the personal aspects of religion should be investigated in order to progress of the mankind. He believes that the affairs like preying, fasting, reading Quran and worship are tools for requesting the almighty God help. Also, he introduces the prophet and Imams as the only references of divine rules required for personal and social progress and happiness of the people.
