REMUNERATION OF PUBLIC SERVANTS AS A FORM OF PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION

Abstract
Analyzed a number of positive and negative aspects affecting the performance of public servants, particularly the ma- terial and moral incentives for honest work and initiative as a means to reduce corruption in the public sector. Proposed steps to improve the performance of civil servants and the whole executive power.
