RENT POLICY IN THE SYSTEM OF GOVERNING OF THE INTEGRATION RELATIONS’ DEVELOPMENT IN THE AGRARIAN SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY

Abstract
Introduction. Overwhelming majority of forms of the integration relations’ realization in the agrarian sector of the economy is characterized by the strategy of the rent-seeking behavior. In view of an economic nature of rent and rent effects, they can be both productive, and destructive for economic system. Therefore, the problem of principles creation for the rent policy of governing of the integration relations’ development is becoming more actually. The research objective is to form theoretical and methodological principles of the rent policy in the system of governing of the integration relations’ development in the agrarian sector of the economy. Methods. Methodological research basis is the dialectic method of knowledge and the system approach to studying object. The following methods are used in the study: abstract and logical, monographic and theoretical generalization, system analysis and synthesis. Results. As a result of the research the theoretical and methodological basis of the rent policy in the system of governing of the integration relations’ development in the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine was created. Particularly we made a division of the rent effects on productive and destructive, shoved the institutional architectonics of the rent policy and its economic mechanism. In addition, there were determined paths for nationalization of the main types of rent and quasi-rent and described approaches to stimulation a productive rent seeking. Discussion. A prospect for further researches is to develop the concept and strategy of the rent policy in Ukraine, and the standard legal support of its realization. In addition, the relevant objective is to develop the technique for estimation value of main types of rent effects as a subject of the accounting and taxation.
