REPRESENTATIONS BY P. E. KAZANSKYI ON THE BASIC CATEGORIES AND THE SYSTEM OF INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract
The article deals with thepresentation of P. E. Kazanskyi on the nature, sources, system, subjects of international law, and the ratio of domestic law. Positivist view P. E. Kazanskyi on international law and the Kazanskyi commitment to a dualistic approach to the ratio of international law with domestic law is proved. Kazanskyi introduced the idea of the international legal personality of humanity.
