Abstract
This paper offers a new homogeneous approach and intends to provide a starting model with implemented elements useful in medicine and national health policies proposals. The final model will be entitled e-ProCord and it will represent one of the aims for an important research project in the field of cardiovascular evaluation at molecular level.
