Research of shielded/structural integration B/Pb composites structure and mechanical properties

Abstract
With B phase and Pb as the main elements and the designed constituents and structure, a setting shielded/structural integration nuclear shielding materials with the neutron and gamma-ray shielding and the mechanical bearing capacity a setting are prepared. Through analysis of the morphology and mechanical tests, the diffusing refinement and control methods of B phase are studied. The ratio, morphology and distribution of the B phase which affect strength and ductility of the shielded/structural integration materials are studied. The ways to enhance strength and ductility of the shielded/structural integration materials are further founded.
