Research of slab patterns from ceramsite concrete on multicomponent astringent

Abstract

The results of the experimental research of load-bearing capacity and deformation capacity of patterns of the assembly- monolithic and monolithic slab from сeramsite concrete on multicomponent astringent and quartz sand are given. The technique of the experimental research, parameters of experimental patterns of assembly- monolithic and monolithic slabs with the description of manufacturing techniques, results of main patterns tests and their analysis, and the volume, purposes and test data of auxiliary patterns are described. In the process of the tests deflections of patterns in the middle of the flight, longitudinal strains of fittings and concrete on lateral faces of the main patterns, values of loadings of crack appearance, the width of disclosure of cracks, values of tension failure loads were measured. The experimental research of the patterns of assembly- monolithic and monolithic slabs showed that the developed design solutions of slabs have the considerable stock of rigidity which makes 38% and 40% respectively, and durability – to 15%. The experimental research of durability and deformation capacity of assembly- monolithic and monolithic slabs from сeramsite concrete allowed to reveal the features of their intense strained state, to determine parameters of crack appearance, deformation capacity and the value of tension failure load of the experimental patterns.
