Research of the product’s competitiveness level of the trading enterprise based on search modeling

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the trade sector and the existing theoretical developments, an approach has been proposed for predicting the quantitative value of the level of a commercial enterprise’s commercially marketed products and the maximum growth rates of its sales. The approach is based on the use of an economic-mathematical search model, which serves as the basis for making a scientifically sound management decision on the choice of a production strategy and the realization of a new product on the market. The determination of the quantitative value of the level of competitiveness of products sold on the market is carried out on the basis of the calculation of two components – regulatory and market. The essence of the approach is to predict the level of competitiveness of products of a commercial enterprise at the main stages of its life cycle.
