Research on Problem Scenarios and Creation in the Mathematics Classroom of Primary Schools

Abstract

"Scenario creation" is a commonly used strategy in the mathematics classroom teaching of primary schools. It is conducive to solving the contradiction between the high abstraction of mathematics and the concrete image of primary school students' thinking. "Mathematics Curriculum Standards" regards the creation of "problem situations" as an important part of teaching. However, there are different drawbacks in the creation of scenarios in our actual teaching process. Therefore, based on the concept of “problem scenario” in mathematics teaching, the significance of teaching, and the principle of creating problem scenarios, this paper proposes five methods for creating problem scenarios that can be effectively applied in practical mathematics teaching.
