Research on the Construction and Implementation Path of Integrated Teaching Mode of Learning, Training, Competition and Evaluation in Higher Education Athletics Courses

Abstract
The traditional track and field courses in colleges and universities are often based on simple training, lacking the combination of theory and practice, which is difficult to stimulate students' learning interest and comprehensive ability. The construction concept, elements, connotation and implementation path of the integrated teaching mode of learning, training, competition and evaluation in college track and field courses are analyzed by using the literature method and logical analysis method. The study concludes that the integrated teaching mode of learning, practicing, competition and evaluation is a comprehensive education method, which aims to improve students' comprehensive quality and practical application ability through the organic combination of learning, practicing, competition and evaluation. The implementation path of the integrated teaching model of college athletics includes detailed curriculum design and teaching implementation, systematic technical training and special training, organization of internal and external competitions, as well as comprehensive understanding of students' learning progress and effects through process and final assessment.
