RESEARCH OUTPUT NEW EVALUATION OF CHEMISTRY GROUP IN VALAHIA UNIVERSITY WITH THE USE OF VARIOUS BIBLIOMETRIC INDICATORS
Journal Title: Journal of Science And Arts - Year 2012, Vol 20, Issue 3
Abstract
The current paper uses bibliometric data to investigate the research performance of the Chemistry Group from the Faculty of Sciences and Arts in Valahia University of Targoviste. The analyses are based on the Web of Science database. We present the research output such as the number of scientific papers and the citation impact as well as the Hirsch (h) and g indices. In addition, in this paper, we have applied new indices to characterize the scientific productivity of the researchers.

CHARACTERIZATION OF THE IONIC NITRING IN THE PROCESS APPLICATION ON 12% Cr STEELS FOR TOOLS AND COLD DEFORMATION DEVICES MANUFACTURING
The ionic nitriding found a good application in the treatment of cold deformation devices that, because of the hard work conditions, must stand complex loads and show superior phzsicomechanical properties. For example, t...
TRIGONOMETRICAL IDENTITIES AND INEQUALITIES
In this paper we present some new identities and inequalities in triangles and quadrilaterals, continuing the idea from [1].
THE UV-VIS CHARACTERIZATION OF AZO DYE BY IRRADIATION
The stereochimical factor, which play a significant role about colour azo dyes, lead at Z(sin)-E(anti) isomerism. The E(anti) form are much more stable at temperature rooms, while the Z(sin)-isomer can be generated only...
COPPER IONS REMOVAL FROM ELECTROPLATING WASTEWATER USING NEW TYPE OF ION EXCHANGE MEMBRANES
In this paper the removal of copper ions from electroplating wastewater has been studied using a three-compartment electrodialysis cell of own construction device (made of PVC) and different type of acrylic ion-exchange...
HEAVY METAL IONS DEPOLLUTION BY MARINE NATURAL PRODUCTS
Many industrial processes produce large amounts of wastewater, which have detrimental effects on human life and environment. The major pollutants in wastewater and marine ground are heavy metals such as lead, zinc, coppe...
