Researches Concerning to Minimize Vibrations when Processing Normal Lathe
Journal Title: Analele Universitatii "Eftimie Murgu" Resita. Fascicula de Inginerie - Year 2015, Vol 22, Issue 2
Abstract
In the cutting process, vibration is inevitable appearance, and in situations where the amplitude exceeds the limits of precision dimensional and shape of the surfaces generated vibrator phenomenon is detrimental.Field vibration is an issue of increasingly developed, so the futures will a better understanding of them and their use even in other sectors. The paper developed experimental measurement of vibrations at the lathe machining normal. The scheme described kinematical machine tool, cutting tool, cutting conditions, presenting experimental facility for measuring vibration occurring at turning. Experimental results have followed measurement of amplitude, which occurs during interior turning the knife without silencer incorporated. The tests were performed continuously for different speed, feed and depth of cut.

Influence of the Fusing Process on the Wear and Corrosion Properties of NiCrBSi-Coatings
In this study the NiCrBSi feedstock powder was deposited by flame spraying on to C45 steel substrate. After spraying the coated material was differently fused at 1000°C. The microstructure evolution respectively the phas...
Simulation of a Pneumatically Driven Robotic Gripper Used for Handling Cylindrical Workpieces
The paper presents the geometrical model of a robotic gripper with 3 fingers, accomplished by using SolidWorks software, used for grasping cylindrical workpieces of the same length, but with different diameters. Applying...
Improving Filter Performances for Conducted Electromagnetic Interferences Suppression
Improving the performances of a filter for conductive electromagnetic interferences suppression involves two major directions of action: the first direction refers to the increase of attenuation at high frequency, while...
Constructive Design and Dynamic Testing of the Double Harmonic Gear Transmission
The paper presents the design construction and functioning of a new type of harmonic gear transmission named double harmonic gear transmission (D.H.G.T.). In the second part of this paper is presented the dynamic testing...
Implementation of an Automatic System for the Monitoring of Start-up and Operating Regimes of the Cooling Water Installations of a Hydro Generator
The safe operation of a hydro generator depends on its thermal regime, the basic conditions being that the temperature in the stator winding fall within the limits of the insulation class. As the losses in copper depend...
