Abstract
The article deals with the problems of the relation between the concepts of «Public Administration» and «Public Administration» in order to identify the possibility of transforming the state administration to bring its essence in line with the new trends in the development of the modern state and society. Attention is paid to the definition of the concept of «Public Administration» from the point of view of various areas of knowledge, dictionaries and encyclopedic literature.
