State control for the implementation of financing in the city municipal development

Abstract
The main competences of the state authorities within the limits of their powers are covered. The role of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine in the state control over the implementation of financing in the field of urban planning is outlined. The main subjects in sphere of spatial planning, which are represented by central bodies of executive power and bodies of local self-government, are indicated. The mechanism of control over the financing of urban development activities is proposed. The conclusion on the results of the study of the problems of state control over financing in the field of urban development was formed.
