Resisting Malicious and Packet Dropping Attacks in the Presence of Collisions in Wireless ADHOC Networks
Journal Title: International Journal for Research in Applied Science and Engineering Technology (IJRASET) - Year 2015, Vol 3, Issue 3
Abstract
In wireless ad hoc networks, a primary requirement for the establishment of communication among nodes is that nodes should cooperate with each other. Link error and malicious packet dropping are two sources for packet losses in multi-hop wireless ad hoc network. In this paper, while observing a sequence of packet losses in the network, we are interested in determining whether the losses are caused by link errors only, or by the combined effect of link errors and malicious drop.

Structural Health Monitoring Of RCC Slab Using PZT Material: An Overview
In order to study the damage detection or structural health monitoring of RCC slab by the using of PZT smart material. During the process of monitoring or analyzing the damage, simply PZT patches are attached to the sur...
Development of Elastic Modulus - Density Chart for a Typical Femur Bone Model
Finite element (FE) analysis has been widely used to study the behaviour of bone or implants in many clinical applications. One of the main factors in analyses is the realistic behaviour of the bone model, because the b...
Performance investigation of axial flow compressor at different climatic conditions
This paper discusses the effect on axial-flow compressor, when climatic conditions are changing. Ensuring compressor run at maximum effectiveness is a primary aim for operators. In the existing economic climate, whateve...
slugMixed Convection in MHD Slip Flow of Alumina Water Nanofluid Over a Flat Plate
Heat transfer in magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) slip flow of an incompressible, viscous, electrically conducting, mixed convective and steady alumina-water nanofluid over a flat plate has been analyzed. The governing equatio...
Impact of Sensor Equipped Grinding Wheel and its Prospects
The in-process measurement and observance of grinding forces near to the contact zone is a matter of concern in most production grinding operations. To optimize the acquisition of process forces and to compensate the la...
