Resolvent Estimates of the Stokes Operator in Exterior Domains and Application

Abstract
We consider an exterior domain Ω or smooth boundary. Our aim is to give some estimates to the resolvent of the stokes operator in exterior domains in the Lq norms. This estimates is then used to give estimate of the corresponding semi-group. We applied the preceding estimated to the nonstationary stokes initial boundary problem. A global estimate involving the velocity and the pressure is then obtained. Our method is based on the localization techniques and the Lemmas of Bogoski on the div and the problems.
