RESOURCES OF POSITIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY FORDEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS’ MOTIVATION IN POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION

Abstract
The problem of the development of teachers' motivation and ways of its formation are researched in the article. The authors analyze basics of the theory of achievement motivation and positive psychotherapy the combination of which allowed to create author's techniques for the development of teachers' motivation. The described techniques integrate resources of fairy-tale therapy, art therapy, role-based approach in the motivation development model in positive psychotherapy. Motivational training allowed to increase the indicators of completeness, internal and external balance of teachers’ achievement motivation. It is proved that the implementation of training contributes to harmonization and productivity of teachers' motivation.
