INNOVATION PROJECT AS PRIORITY DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF A MODERN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the article theoretical aspects of formation of a control system of innovative projects in modern conditions are considered. The main phases of the life cycle of the innovation project are determined. The process of introduction of a strategic management system for innovative activities of economic entities of domestic companies was studied.
