PROCEEDINGS OF THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO MINOR

Abstract
The article notes the peculiarities of the proceedings in cases of administrative liability for selling alcoholic beverages and tobacco products to minors. The issue of alcoholism among young people and measures to prevent the spread of this phenomenon are also covered. Attention is focused on the relevance of this issue. The statistics of the use of harmful substances by minors are analyzed, which adversely affect their health.
