YOUTH SUBCOLTURES AS A SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL PHENOMENON IN POLAND

Abstract

The article analyzes definitions, typology, causes, manifestations, and consequences of adolescents belonging to youth subcultures in Poland. Special emphasis is put on the ideology and antisocial forms of behavior of such dangerous subcultures as skinheads, hooligans, football fans, and satanists professing the cult of violence, evil, hatred, and immoral behavior.
